#44 Wild Honey Black

#44 Wild Honey Black
This tea is made from wild “Ye Sheng“ varietal tea trees, a primeval vairety that predates the commonly cultivated Assamica tea plant. These trees grow wild in forests, benefit from a pristine ecosystem, natural pest resistance, and soil enriched by decomposing forest matter, requiring no fertilization or pesticides.
Using a “Sun-dried“ (Shai Hong) method. This gentle, low-temperature drying preserves the leaf’s natural enzymes and aromatic compounds, honey character with soft tannins.
