It’s made from Soft branch cultivar, this cultivar is origin from Taiwan, we already use it to made many tasty teas. Like Red dragon Black tea, Soft branch White tea…This cultivar is a guarantee of good tasty tea.

After rolling, we place the tea leaves in a large, airtight fermentation tank. This is the crucial GABA step.

Oxygen lack environment stress the leaves and triggers a biochemical reaction.

Our GABA oolong content over 150mg per 100g of dry leaves (10 times higher than standard teas)
