This is the original version of yellow tea we provided to Teavana in 2013.

Not like the traditional Chinese Yellow tea, our Yellow tea no “Menghuang“ processing.

We make its yellow through a very light oxidation. The bottom leaves are still some green.

It’s an innovation processing, the output is exceptional. A perfect balance of freshness (Green) and flowery (Black).
